Manufacturing
We can manufacture using CNC Machining and Plastic Injection Molding, including custom cut tooling and mold building. We are equipped with 15 CNC lathe, five 4-axis machines, 6 EDM and over 30 plastic machines and 3D printing. We have professional stamping and die-casting partners.
Worldwide Manufacturer Network: We have experience with manufacturers in the USA, Asia and China. Our clients have had products manufactured from manufacturers who will help you with the manufacturing production of your newly designed product.
Contract Manufacturer or CM services: This is when we perform the manufacturing of the product using the outsourced parts, then inspect, assemble and ship the final product to you, the client, or to your customer as per your delivery instructions.
Copacker or Contract Packager: we perform packaging operations as your copacker for contract packaging of your manufactured product.
Design for Manufacturing: We provide the technical cad drawings and design files such as STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, STL, OBJ and 3d CAD design models necessary for short run manufacturing or mass production manufacturing. Our design team has years of manufacturing experience working with many different types of manufacturing processes which is critical from the manufacturing design process to the actual manufacturing pricing and manufacturing production.
“Our manufacturing design technology allows for the creation of three dimensional product animation and product renderings, while providing the design engineering to bring your product design to manufacture production.”
More on Product Design for Manufacturing
The Different Types of Product Manufacturing Processes
3D Printing using metals, plastics, rubber, polycarbonate – A 3d CAD design turned into an STL file and manufactured into a 3d printed physical product.
Plastic Injection Molding using metals, plastics, rubber.
Casting – using metals, plastics, waxes fill a mold shape to form solid shape.
Stamping – metals are cut punched or stretched into shapes.
Rolling – thick sheets of materials are pressed rolled into thinner sheets.
Forging – heated metals are hammered or pressed into shape.
Extruding – metals, plastics and even foods are pushed through a certain design shape and then hardened.
Machining– pieces of metals, plastics or wood products are manufactured by removing material until the desired product shape is achieved.
Cutting – using many different materials from a larger piece into smaller pieces. This process uses many different cutting tools from sawing, sewing, water jets, scissors, laser cutters.
Joining – any material that needs to be fused, welded, glued, press-fitted, co-molded, riveted, sewed, screwed, bolted etc.
Finishing – any material that is needed to be heat treated, grinding, plating, anodized, polished, painted etc.
Assembly – different parts are assembled to create the final product using a the most efficient technology.
Packaging – The container or point of sale package that will go on the store rack, shelf or to be mailed / shipped in.
